BSS w/overhead press 3 x 12 @ 5/e
Underhand Pulldown 3 x 12 @ 80
RDL w/Bent over row 3 x 12 @ 40 (I was shocked by the lack of weight but I was dying by this point)
Lower body russian twist 3 x 12 @ bw (seriously I could barely get up off the floor for the super sets.)
I wanted to crawl to the locker room - no joke. If I thought I had sweat before boy was I wrong today tops it all. Oddly I feel great right now - I am almost afraid to go to sleep only to find my body unwilling to function in the morning. I will let you know.
