Sorry to hear about your injury Mahler. I hope it doesnt't affect your lifting. But you surely need to take it easy for a while, don't you think? You definitely have to repect the body and let it heal when it needs to heal. I know its hard for people who are used to pushing through the pain but when it comes to real injury, it's about listening to the pain, so be careful! Get well soon!
