Graycyn, I guess the scale isn't everyone's enemy. If it's the best way for a particular person to measure progress, then I totally understand why you want to continue to weigh on a regular basis. I guess it all just depends on the individual, like you said. For me, I'll start to feel a difference in the clothes, and I'll be thinking I've lost about 5 pounds. Then I'll get on the scale and it says I'm down a pound. Losing 1 pound is always good but it can be discouraging when you were already feeling lik eyou had made more progress. But that also proabably has a lot to do with my body shape. The majority of my extra weight is in my hips and thighs, so maybe that has something to with the reason I feel such a big difference in my pants after a a few weeks of diet and exercise. Anyway, keep up te good work! I'm glad that the scale is not a source of frustration for you as it is for me.
