Default Client with serious back issues

I really need some input here. This may be beyond my scope of understanding.

I have a client and very good friend who just got the results of her tests. She has no health insurance so she is limited as to where she can go for Physical Therapy and what services she can recieve. She is not happy with the lack of what she percieved to be of knowledge by the PT.

She has Disc Protusion at C-5&6, and C-7 is als0 protruding. At C5-6 and C6-7 there is a slightly decreased disc height.

There is herniation at T7-8, and T8-9.No significant stenosis at T8-9.

Lumbar has disc dessication at L4-5, repiratory motion artifact is also present. At L5-S1 she has disc protrusion that is appearing to contact her nerve root minimally at the left S1 Nerve root.
Alignment of the lumbar spine is normal.Vertebral body height is preserved. No pathological bone lesions and no bone marrow edema.

I am pretty much just looking for any advice I can pass along, as well as what types of movements of any she should do. Her Chiropractor said surgery is not an option. I am not sure what her Chiro would be diagnosing that based off the results.Again any thoughts would be incredibly helpful as I stated before this is out of my league.
