I've skimmed through the dvd's that my friend had. They definitely are pretty rough workouts. The cool thing is they show you how to do exercises different ways, for instance, body weight, bands, and weights. So you can sort of adjust it to what you have.
It's alot of working out though. Pretty much 7 days a week. Either working out, or doing some yoga or streching or something like that. It all looks far from enjoyable.
