Today's Workout
10 squat thrusts
10 mountain climbers -(e)
10 BW Squats
10 pushups (knee)
15 min over and over - 5 times finsihed up the remaining time with BW squats...

I am feeling yesterday's workout - the russian twist things...ouch...dont make me laugh I may die.
