, here's my most recent:
YouTube - Martial War. It's called "Martial War" and is done to the song "War" from
Rocky IV (it's the song during the final fight). The video was shot at my BB test; the girl on the left is our current head instructor. Master Khan is the one calling out instructions during the form.
The form takes little bits of different forms and mashes them together, which really messes you up when trying to do the other forms later
