"20 Minute Solution" style HIIT today for the first time in a long time. It took some figuring to find my PLE's and MAN have they gone down! Gotta restart somewhere I guess.
PLE minutes speed
5 2 3.4
for a warm-up, then:
6 1 3.7
7 1 5.0
8 1 5.7
9 1 6.6
Did that 4 times, then
10 1 7.0
And that was enuff. You know, 7.0 is a lot harder after 16 minutes of climbing than in 2:1 intervals with 3.3! Inspired by "Love Letter" and "Something to Talk About", I finished off with 6 minutes of 2.8 w/ 10% incline (all my wimpy, second-hand Pro-Form TM will do) to try to work my booty.
