Hi Lost Dog,

Thanks for the response - you're a fountain of knowledge!

I guess the underlying reason for asking the questions is because for the last 2 weeks i have lost quite a bit of weight, but my BF% has not moved at all and I'm begining to a)obsess and b)measure everything!
