You don't need to measure or track your carbs. Just eat the foods on the list. There's no "optimal" level here.

You may be in ketosis at times, but it's not important if you are or aren't. Save your money.

I don't know. But, if you're eating in a deficit, you shouldn't be adding body fat, anyway.
