I knew we had a lot in common! I have found, in the past, that one "bad" meal can totally throw me off the wagon... I think, having worked out this hard and this consistently for this long (6 weeks on NROL4W) AND having kept my eating going in the right direction, that it's easier to jump back on. Also, this board helps me keep perspective, even after a horrible unplanned cheat night like I had last night!
