I am going to see what responses I get from this, but may watch the video instruction or let DH teach me what he has learned. I will try it this week, and let you all know what I did and what I thought of it? I like the idea of girls punching and kickboxing too!!! Sounds tough and fun! Let out some stress!!!! LOL!

I don't think I will sub it for running, etc....I love doing that stuff too, just get bored doing the same things and from what I hear, you can get a killer cardio workout from this too?? Just excited to try/learn something brand new!
