4/13/08 Warmed up by doing some BOSU balance stuff - I'm getting much better at staying on the samned thing.
Squat: 3/8 @ 50#
Pushups: 3/10 flat, nose to floor
Seated Row: 3/8 slow, Blue band, 1 foot away
Step-Up: 3/10 @ 30 on the BOSU
Jackknife: 3/12 on toes only!
Whew.
Ate some not so lean steak last night and it was delicious! Kept the portion under control at least. I feel so deprived some days, I just have to let a little loose. It's easier to get back to ultra-controlled after a free meal anyway. Most times. Unless it turns into a train wreck, which a gluttonous meal has been prone to instigate in my checkered fit/fat past.
