I am with Lost Dog on this one. You should start some sort of resistance workout. even if its, just jumping jacks, pushups, situps, jump rope, etc...

In fact, do each of those exercises for a couple minutes and rest a minute between sets. Do 4 or 6 sets each. That's a good basic circuit type workout. It's better than nothing until you can find a good bodyweight workout.
