At my highest (that I know of) I was 265. I got down to 195 (a snug size 16) on weight watchers. Then we opened a business, my oldest (6 at the time) was diagnosed with childhood depression and we took him out of school to homeschool him and my youngest (4 at the time) was diagnosed with autism all within three months of each other. So life happened and I returned to crap eating and stopped going to the gym. I also have fibromyaligia so it turned into a huge domino effect. Eating like crap made me have no energy to workout, not working out made me so tired I couldn't think about cooking, not cooking meant fast food, fast food gave me no energy to cook, etc.

Around Christmas this year I came to the ugly realization that I was fat again! At a doctor's appointment in Jan I weighed 245. I started running (that didn't last long) and working out at home again and just paid attention to what I was eating. I lost 11 pounds in the first month. I started NROL on February 20th. I have only lost 2 pounds but I have lost 4.5%BF and 7 1/4 inches and at 233 I am in a snug size 18. I am pretty sure I was much closer to 200 last time around when I was in an 18. So even though my weight loss isn't great I can't help but be happy with my progress.
