No Saturday workout - had a tkd promotion test instead. phew - all went well. It's not a major workout, but enough of an adrenaline rush to wipe me out for the day. As per goals .. jump spinning kicks are improving, to say the least. Some require single leg launches, some double. No horse stances in my form, so no pain (see below). Next form has serious horse stances...

Strained my right groin last night playing DDR. how lame is that? Then, while waiting for my turn at the test, I aggravated it more trying to stretch, keep it warm, etc. I should have just popped a few ibu this morning, but I'm out of the habit since starting to lift.

Gym is closed tomorrow - community center - but I want to ease into the BW matrix, so I'll give it a go tomorrow at the park. I'm going to phase it in - do rounds of 8, then build up to the 24 required. I'm also planning out my HIIT - I'm not too into the treadmill, so will probably opt for tabata style. Velogirl wants me to wear a HR monitor .. gadget queen!
