Last Stage 1, A before AMRAP!Deadlift: 3/10 @ 50#, 60#, 60# (forgot I was only supposed to do 8 reps!) OHPress: 3/8 @ 20#, 25#, 30# Lat PD: 3/8 @ 80# Lunges: 3/8 @ 30# Ball Crunch: 3/12 BW. This was interesting - I used a smaller ball (55cm v 64?) and it was much more isolating. Why is that? Taking 2 days off to repair. I'm feeling this one.
