Ut-Oh
Just calculated some numbers for my meals, before dinner. I don't think it's where it should be. I'm eating to lose weight right now, I don't have access to a gym anymore, I only run. (as of the last week)
so, for bfast, lunch and 2 snacks, here goes.
1880 cals.
58gr fat
110gr protein
280gr carbs
I'm 5'5 161lbs. 27yrs old. I work in construction, but not heavy construction. Bathroom and kitchen remodels. I run 3-4 times a week. 2.5-3mi. Dinner varies so I didn't add that in. It's all before dinner. From looking at this, I think I need to lower fat 10-15gr. Increase protein 50gr. Cut 300 cals, and cut carbs?? I dunno how much. But again this is before dinner. Dinner is usually grilled chicken or lean turkey with lots of veggies and some pasta. Is my guesstimation accurate?
