To minimize PCBs? Nothing much, except that I eat less fatty fish than I used to eat and just rely on fish oil.
I mean.. there's only so much you can worry about. Also, considering I've got enough food sensitivities already and am cutting out grains, dairy & cheese already.. you'd need to pry the eggs out of my cold & dead fingers before I'm giving them up.
Generally it's about 5-6 whole eggs, but now I'm cutting again I've replaced 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites , so it's 4 whole eggs and 4 egg whites.
