How much protein are you eating? (vegetarian)
So I was wondering how much protein you vegetarians are managing to get in. Just above 100 grams is the the most I can do, and still have some sort of balanced diet which includes fruits and veggies. Any more and I feel like I'm stuffing myself with cottage cheese. I just made up a meal plan for next week, and I think I can do 110 or so a day, which comes to .85 grams a pound. I guess that's okay-ish, but supposedly I should be eating 140 at my weight. Has anyone else managed to eat that much with a vegetarian diet?
