You really can't imagine yourself at 40? I can - but more fun, I can imagine myself at 60, too. And boy, does 60 look fun. I'm going to curse like a sailor, drive a motorcycle, and cat call hunky young men. And oh, of course, lift heavy. I'm the only person I know who's excited for getting old.
Imagine all the awards you'd win as a 95-year-old powerlifter? Pretty much just for not being dead.
Live slow, die old, and lift heavy - that should be the new motto of weight lifting.
