Good workout today. Finally got 37.5kg for the snatch after being very close for the past few weeks.

Warmup: stuff

Snatch 2x2x20kg, 3x2x25kg, 2x2x27.5kg, 2x1x30kg, 1x1x32.5kg, 5x1x35kg, 2x1x37.5kg

Snatch Balance 5x5x20kg
3pt DB Row 5x5x40#

Rack Pulls 3x8x155#
KB Swings 3x8x40#
Side Planks 3x60sec per side

Done! Here's a video - oh, and no annoying "boxing" today.
