Today's Workout
I decided to switch things up a little today -
10 squat thrusts
10 mountain climbers -(e)
10 BW Squats
10 pushups (knee)

I did this circuit for 15 min - totaled 5 circuits of the above.
Wow I was sweating - I got a black iced coffee on my way back to work - mmmm
