Raymon, I wanted to be sure you saw Lou's post in this thread: week off

Take 5-7 days off, but use them to do enjoyable activities. Keep going to the gym if that's what you enjoy. Use your time there to do mobility work, bodyweight drills, etc. You'll come back to your strength workouts energized and ready to go.
