The last online printer I've used has been Spread Shirt (
Custom T-shirts - Design, buy or sell customized TShirts : Spreadshirt). The kung fu school my brother and I are going to was screening their own shirts, so we took the graphic and put it up there, so people can buy whenever. The quality is really good, the only problem is the dri release shirts don't print direct, but we deal with it.
