Dumbbell Inc. Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 25#/e
Bulg. Split Squat 3 x 10 @ 15/e Mixed Lat Pull Down 3 x 10 @ 75#
Rom. DeadLift 3 x 10 @ 75#
Renegade Rows 3 x 10 @ 8#DB/e

Thanks Stingo and Nutbar!!! I am pushing thru and trying SO hard. I am glad to see that. I am on to FatLoss II, I want it BAD! I will not give up.
