Ice it, stretch it, and do lots of gluteal activation stuff.

Supine hamstring stretch, long sitting hamstring stretch, standing hamstring stretch.
Clamshells, hip corrections, glute bridging, fire hydrants, donkey kicks, etc.

If you can find a good massage therapist, that might help too ...
