Great shots Tracey. And I saw your downward trend graph in Rix' log - excellent progress. Congrats!
Here's a
great blurb/primer on tea from Ryan Andrews of Precision Nutrition for you and all the other tea nuts. There are some recipes with even more ways to get tea into your diet at the end of the article. I've tried both of those (from GN, which is a great cookbook) and they are excellent. [If you aren't familiar with nutritionist John Berardi's forums or products, I very highly and without reservation recommend them. JB is super knowledgeable, cutting edge in his research, yet no-nonsense when it comes to his nutrition recommendations. Plus, he's an awfully nice guy in person.

So.. now this has begun to sound like a sales pitch, which it's not.] Enjoy the article while you sip your tea.
PS: The other night, my wife and I went to a fundraiser for the
Central Asia Institute founded by Greg Mortenson, the author of
Three Cups of Tea. Of course, in the give-away bags at the table, along with the book were little pouches of loose leaf lemon sencha green tea, mint tea, and a chamomile (3 cups, get it?). So, I begged, borrowed and stole every one of those I could get and now I've got about 2 weeks worth of new stash. The only thing better than good quality sencha is good quality sencha that's free.
