My goals are a little less aggressive than all of yours, but my goal is to run 3 ten minute miles with ease. I want to build up to a routine where I jog 3 miles everyday. I also want to continue with strength training on a daily basis, so I don't want the jogging to completely exhaust me, so that's why I threw the at ease part in there. I love this forum! This is exactly what I need to stay motivated. Thanks!
