EPOC does not contribute to fat loss much. When it comes to fat loss it is ALL about calories. You can enhance EPOC by doing more activity . But do not rely mainly on this. If you only going to do HIIT you better really tighten up calorie intake.
I was also correct that walking 2 hours burns a hell of alot more calories then HIIT for 15 minutes.
