I've avoided the daily scale issue - I'm to the point where gaining muscle is compensating for fat loss - but I have developed a desire to constantly measure to see if I can get rid of that extra half-inch. It may be a bit compulsive, but I figure it's not hurting anything and I'm staying on track. Anyone else have this transfer from the scale to the tape measure?
