You made the claims. You do the posting to back them up.

Also there is no obesity epidemic. If you actually looked at the data from the Center For Disease Control they admit this.

I believe I used the words "on the brink of, if not already in the throes of." That, I will stand by, the CDC notwithstanding.

Thridly, gentle excercise does NOT contribute to obsity. Walk for 3 hours , see how obese you are. Or do "'HIIT". We'll see who loses more weight (fat).

Read my lips. Nobobdy looking to lose significant fat is going to walk for three hours. Most won't do it for 30 minutes. Hell, they won't even walk from their cars to the store until they have burned a half tank of gas looking for the closest parking space. You have forgotten the key ingredient, your target audience. Your ivory tower has given you tunnel vision.

An hour-2 hours of walking almost everyday melts fat right off of you far better than 15 minutes of HIIT dreamed of.

And 15 minutes of HIIT 3 times a week will give them time for things like, a life, family, obligations, work, hobbies AND an occasional walk.
