Thridly, gentle excercise does NOT contribute to obsity. Walk for 3 hours , see how obese you are. Or do "'HIIT". We'll see who loses more weight (fat).
An hour-2 hours of walking almost everyday melts fat right off of you far better than 15 minutes of HIIT dreamed of.
