If only I'd be more secure about myself, otherwise I'd do it in a heartbeat.. I'm having this drive to teach others that's nearly passionate.
But my own form isn't impeccable either: even just a few months ago, I observed a few glaring errors myself once my SO made a video of mine. It's relatively easy to see what others are doing wrong, but all of a sudden it gets much harder to judge your own proper form. That's why feedback from people working in a gym is so important. Instead, they don't know anything or chose to not say anything.
It's so good to see how Karla has a PT who corrects her immediately!
