See, I started with Afterburn and then switched to NROLW b/c I am new to heavy lifting and feel that NROLW starts you out with easier exercises and builds up your strength. The exercises in AB start out tougher. If you are already pretty strong, then it won't be a problem. I struggled with some of them. (I was mostly doing The Firm and some Cathe before this program.) I'm really excited about finishing NROLW and successfully tackling AB!
I'm adding 3x/week of intervals to NROLW, plus some other cardio on off days to hopefully give me that extra fat loss boost.
