Okay, I made my yogurt according to these
directions. It tastes just like the Fage 2% I used for the starter. I had to whisk it at the end and strain it longer than I thought, about 4 hours in a muslin.
4 cups of skim milk made 1 cup of yogurt.
Anyway does anyone know how I can figure out the cals in this? Should I just go by the Fage? I used non fat milk. They added cream in theirs. It is the same consistency.
Any thoughts?
