I agree that diet is the key and that is why I am not losing much bodyfat following NROLW. I am probably going to purchase Afterburn when I am finished in June/July with NROLW. However, in the meantime I am going to incorporate some of the principles in Afterburn now, such as HIIT more frequently along with the weight program in NROLW. I am sure if has been posted before, but here is the HIIT schedule that is discussed in Afterburn (at least that is what I was told).
