Hmm my honey loves to see me that way and besides, it's the only way how I can really see differences best esp the glutes.
BTW, I was told to not be so negative about myself, so let's say I was disappointed instead of being disgusted.
It's just that I thought I'd be further by now. My bum felt really tight and muscular when I was flexing it (in bed) and I hadn't thought it would sag. Man..I've really been bigger than I thought.
The other thing I forgot to mention is how pleased I am with pec growth (yes boobs are gone, but they were never big to begin with).
Also, while the lats are pitifully small, they are starting to grow just a leeetle bit. So there: a few more positives.
I'm quite excited actually about what I'm going to do for my next workout routine, viz. putting more focus on upper back (lats) & hamstrings by doing exercises in the gym where my SO works out. Like
- plate loaded leg press (ours is slightly slanted down and ruins my knees)
- glute ham raise (not in my current gym)
- lying leg curl (ours has a std leg curl)
- T-bar row
- seated row (cable stack)
I may also throw in a few more real lunges , do RDLs off a step bench/disks (instead of DL) and a std leg curl... plus more chinning!
Ah well.. always wanting to do a lot, so have to trim it down for a bit.
