Bytsi, I'd say similar information, not exactly the same, but written in Alwyn's own special way! The programs are different and I really think would be just great following NROLW. It's what Alwyn actually uses at his gym in training his clients from what I recall. And it has a much greater emphasis on interval training and fat loss.

The nutrition section there is written by his wife, Rachel. Also very good.

I think it's well worth it.

I'm curious about Afterburn 2. I'd love to hear what anyone thinks about this one and how it compares to the first.
