Thanks. I love cleans. I used to do them from the hang, but since I went to from the floor, the numbers have gone up for me. I hadn't ever tried 225, but that's about top-end as those were not pretty. I moved to doing them from the floor hoping it will help the deadlift.
Next week I'll do more singles for sure.
