I totally understand what you mean about the hunger thing! That has always been an issue for me and I hate it. I can barely go three hours between meals and my stomach starts hurting so bad.
This is the first week I tried TNT and I can't say I have not been hungry like a lot of people report. However, I noticed when I eat a higher fat meal, it seems to tide me over for longer. I can actually come home after work and sit down and drink a cup of tea, instead of a mad rush to make dinner so I can eat it before I devour everything in the house.
Maybe try adding more fat to some select meals and see if it helps.
