From all that I have read long runs are one of the best ways to burn fat. Just go out slow and enjoy the run, no matter how long you can run for. Aw, thanks! I do the same thing, though. I think of whoever has inspired me that week as I'm trying to push through whatever it is that seems to be pushing back that week. LOL

Yep. We all see tracks fairly often. I've not heard of any human attacks in these parts yet but our neighbor's dogs (huge Rottweiler types) got attacked last year. One died and one got mangled very badly.
