Hells yeah! That is the best feeling in the world! I got a headache this afternoon at work, wanted some chocolate pretty bad, but treated myself to a walk outdoors to the local coffee shop for green tea instead. I've got an ambitious goal for the scale this week and my new FL1 workouts have been kicking my ass, so I haven't been able to do as much. But seeing the scale drop (or hoping to) can give you steely resolve through all kinds of cravings and hunger...

Ha, that's my YMCA exactly. It's old and routinely has mysterious wet patches on the carpet in the hallways (dripping pipes?). One day I'm pretty sure there was a group of prison inmates and/or parolees doing fitness testing at the track. And just the other week, this guy flew off the Cable Row machine when he tried to max out the weight and the pulley broke! (Who can row 300lbs? Honestly.)
But I love it because it's totally unpretentious and not at all a meat market. (And I'm keeping an eye on that pulley...)

I want to see your photos! They'll be a great inspiration to all of us. And I'll put mine up if you put yours up - how about that? You don't have to go it alone.
