Yep, I'm thinking the same thing about the runs. I do want the (muscle) size & strength gains that lifting provides -- very, very much -- but, since I'll only be running once a week, it can't hurt much at all, if any. (I think I will start bringing a pistol and/or knife with me, though, as we've found more big cat tracks. *sigh*)
