Solid.

I've been doing alot more unilateral lower body lifts lately (for a few reasons) and my knees, hips, and back are thanking me.

edit to add the only guys I have EVER seen doing single leg work with any decent weight in my gym are my clients. And "somehow" some of them, including one female client, are now pulling and squatting heavier than any guys there... huh.
