Here is the situation.....
It's 10pm here and I am hungry (as usual) and I also gave blood tonight.....I am only at 24% on my protein and did 1800-1900 total cals today(non weight training day).....is there anything wrong with protein shakes at night??? This late is it stupid to load up before heading to bed? I just am wondering if it might help with recov. if I am a little low on blood

and low on protein for the day?
I guess my real question is 2 part.....because I also would like to know if you have a time that is NOT good to eat after that will sabotage your goals?
