Congrats on the measurements. That was the best feeling when I measured at month one (still have posted those numbers

), but to see them shrink helped a lot! My scale has been all over too. I've given up on it meaning anything.
(I do the thigh thing too. It's like my reminder that the eating clean and the workouts are working. Sometimes it's all that gets me through)
