Default Trapped in the Cage with no way out

Lame title, I know.

I'm training to be a Mixed Martial Artist (MMA)/Cage Fighter. I have tried to make some logs before, but usually lose interest, but I'm going to try and keep this one up to date.

Right now I am doing West Side for Skinny Bastards I, on MWF. I train BJJ on M, T, Th, F. I wrestle on W, and kickbox/Muay Thai on Saturday. I'm not to sure what my diet looks like, but I pretty much eat or have a protein shake in between classes and training sessions.

My stats as of earlier:

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 145lbs

I have not maxed out on any of these lifts in over 5-6 months, as i took some time off of lifting before heading off to college. So they will be in sets of 5 until I max out again.

Bench: 160 x 5
Front Squat: 185 x 5
Deadlift: 295x2


Anyway, here is todays Workout:

Max Effort Lower Body:

Deadlift:
135x8
185x5
225x5
265x 5
295x2

Bulgarian Split Squats: (weight is total weight)
60x8
60x8
80x8

Romanian Deadlifts:
115x8
115x8
115x8
I also have a question about WSSB. Do i rotate these lifts each week? Or do I do say, 3 weeks, then switch it up?
