Hey Chris, thanks for stopping by and checking out my log...shimmy joke and all. You should absolutely learn the O Lifts - they are so much fun! You're a martial artist right which means you probably have good flexibility. If you've got that, you're halfway there. Oh, and I'm 42 ()and have been learning these for almost 7 months. Most of the time I was learning with the help of a great trainer who had not taught the olympic lifts before. I've been training with a "real" coach for a whopping 2 weeks.

Are you sure there's nobody in your area?
