Very mediocre workout today. I just wasn't feeling it. Snatches seemed off and my hands are still suffering. I have rest days planned for tomorrow and Friday so hopefully I'll be back to feeling 100% by Saturday.

Warmup: cat/camel, birddogs, scap pushups, glute bridge, wall slides, hip corrections, leg swings, squat to stand, cradle walks, calf warmup, extra stretching, warmup with the bar.

Snatch 2x2x20kg, 2x2x25kg, 6x1x27.5kg, 3x1x30kg

Snatch Balance w/OHS 3x5x20kg
3pt DB Row 3x5x30#

Rack Pulls 3x8x135#
KB Swings 3x8x40#
Side Planks 3x60 seconds per side

Tomorrow is another day.
